4. Payment Terms
- Pricing and payment schedules are defined in individual client agreements/proposals.
- Deposits, where required, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Project Timelines
Timelines provided are estimates. Delays caused by late client feedback, content delivery, or scope changes may extend the original timeline. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
6. Revisions and Scope Changes
Each service agreement will specify the number of included revision rounds. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees, to be quoted before work begins.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoctosoft Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is.” While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., search rankings, sales figures, or lead volume) as these depend on factors outside our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement per the terms outlined in the individual contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
